We hold wine tastings during regular business hours Fridays and Saturdays. This week, July 8 and 9, we’re tasting Cono Sur Bicicleta Pinot Noir and Terranoble Sauvignon Blanc.
Cono Sur Bicicleta Pinot Noir
It’s a red fruit party! Notes of cherry, raspberry, plum and strawberry are enhanced by hints of subtle smoke; fine tannins and acidity give it great texture and structure. This Pinot is a great choice for holiday meals and will also complement all sorts of pasta, pizza, grilled poultry, seafood and mild fish.
Terranoble Sauvignon Blanc
From Chile’s Maule Valley comes this crisp 100 percent Sauvignon Blanc with fragrances of grapefruit, lemon, green apple, peach and fresh herbs. On the palate, there are citrusy tropical flavors with a zippy, dry finish. A great all-around wine, good for sipping or pairing with seafood, roasted veggies and salads.
